Arrest Report- May 7, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 63 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Brennan Norton Skinner Sr., 33, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on May 6, 2026, at 1:07 pm for criminal damage to property-simple. Skinner was released on a $2,500 bond.

 

Johnathon Lawrence, 39, Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 6, 2026, at 2:39 pm for disturbing the peace-intoxicated and obstruction of highway-simple. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Anthony Ray Stevenson Jr., 21, Charenton, LA, was arrested on May 6, 2026, at 7:05 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charge of simple criminal damage to property. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Brad Devonce Vincent, 47, Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 6, 2026, at 10:04 pm on the following charges:

• Theft
• Possession of marijuana
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Driving under suspension

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

 

Wayna Francis, 31, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 6, 2026, at 6:32 pm on the following charges: 

• Careless operation of a motor vehicle with crash
• Possession of schedule I with the intent to distribute (synthetic marijuana)
• Transactions involving drug proceeds
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Obstruction of justice

Bail has not been set at this time.
