Arrest Report-November 2, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 113 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Theodore Oneal Francis, 42, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on October 30, 2026, at 1:45 pm for second-degree battery.  Francis continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

 

Robert Lee Fair Jr., 52, Paincourtville, LA, was arrested on October 30, 2026, at 1:45 pm for battery-simple.  Fair continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

 

Blakely Lowrance, 22, Denham Springs, LA, was arrested on October 31, 2026, at 12:45 am for possession of marijuana and on a Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office warrant.  Lowrance is being held for another agency.

 

Joseph Jay Legnon, 24, Berwick, LA, was arrested on October 31, 2026, at 12:45 am on the following charges:

• Possession of marijuana
• Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
• Speeding
• Driving under suspension
• No proof of insurance
• View inward and outward of window

Bail was set at $10,000.
