Arrest Report- November 28, 2025

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 110 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Daniel Lee Bushinelle, 67, Patterson, LA, was arrested on November 27, 2025, at 1:24 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for violation notices for animal at large. Bail has not been set at this time.

Jennifer Causey, 38, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on November 27, 2025, at 8:19 pm for domestic abuse battery and cruelty to a juvenile. Bail has not been set at this time.

Danny Ray Lanceslin Jr., 31, Patterson, LA, was arrested on November 25, 2025, at 10:04 pm for assault-simple, disturbing the peace by language, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Lanceslin was released on a $6,000 bond.

NARCOTICS SECTION

Amiya Peveto, 17, Patterson, LA, was arrested on November 28, 2025, at 3:30 am on a warrant for the charges of attempted 2nd degree murder, criminal trespassing, and possession of marijuana. Bail has not been set at this time.

Tyjon Alexander, 25, Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 25, 2025, at 6:43 pm for possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies and turning signal required 100 feet prior to turn.  Bail was set at $100,000.
