Arrest Report- November 4, 2025

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 30 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Benjamin Lemoine, 23, Berwick, LA, was arrested on November 3, 2025, at 3:21 pm on a warrant for indecent behavior with juveniles, carnal knowledge of a juvenile, and computer-aided solicitation of a juvenile. Bail was set at $250,000.

 

Randolph Anthony Joseph, 33, Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 3, 2025, at 6:46 pm on an MCPD warrant. Joseph is being held for another agency.

 

Chad Mitchell Ferguson, 31, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on November 3, 2025, at 7:18 pm on two warrants for failure to appear for theft and entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Deshawn Jamall Sylvester, 27, Berwick, LA, was arrested on November 3, 2025, 2025, at 1:27 pm for battery-second degree. Sylvester remains incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

 

Chad Michael Scott, 44, Thibodaux, LA, was arrested on November 3, 2025, at 1:13 pm on two warrants for failure to appear. Bail has not been set at this time.
