Arrest Report, October 13, 2025

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 135 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Kashif Jermaine Wallace, 37, Amelia, LA, was arrested on October 11, 2025, at 5:24 pm for theft. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Willebaldo Flores-Ortiz, 39, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on October 10, 2025, at 10:32 pm for domestic abuse battery. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Melissa Annette Blanco, 52, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on October 11, 2025, at 12:51 am for battery-simple, battery of emergency room personnel, and disturbing the peace by language. Bail was set at $7,000.

 

Shawn Christopher Ramagos, 36, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on October 11, 2025, at 11:34 am for the following charges:

• Domestic abuse battery by strangulation
• Domestic abuse battery
• Possession of synthetic cannabinoids
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Possession of CDS (drug-free zone)

Bail has not been set at this time.
