Arrest Report- October 14, 2025

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to  63 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Timothy Reese Lopez, 40, Amelia, LA, was arrested on October 14, 2025, at 2:45 am for criminal trespass and theft. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Zacharieth Paul Lopez, 35, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on October 14, 2025, at 2:45 am for criminal trespass and theft. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Daffaney M. Mitchell, 41, Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 13, 2025, at 4:25 pm for theft. Mitchell was released on a $1,800 bond.

 

Catina Marie Vaughn, 51, Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 13, 2025, at 3:34 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charges of speeding and operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled.  Vaughn was released on a $1,000 bond.
