Arrest Report- October 9, 2025

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to  44 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Justin Omar Singleton, 27, Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 8, 2025, at 3:54 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the following charges:

• Possession of a firearm or carrying a concealed weapon by a convicted felon
• Battery of a dating partner
• Possession of marijuana
• Possession of drug paraphernalia

Bail was set at $155,000.

Lemarc Alexander Washington, 32, Lake Charles, LA, was arrested on October 8, 2025, at 6:16 am for driving while intoxicated.  Bail has not been set at this time.
