Arrest Report- September 10, 2026

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24- hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 60 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Charity Marnisee Sam, 28, Lafayette, LA, was arrested on September 9, 2026, at 10:31 am for maximum speed limit, driving under suspension, and resisting arrest or officer. Sam was released on a $3,750.

Brandon Alan Gaspard, 47, Pierre Part, LA, was arrested on September 9, 2026, at 3:57 pm on a warrant for theft. Gaspard was released on a $1,500 bond.
