Arrest Report- September 15, 2025

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 96-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 154 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Earl Mack Brown, 38, Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 11, 2025, at 2:55 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled. Brown was released on a completed sentence.

Maurice Lee Givens, 45, Patterson, LA, was arrested on September 12, 2025, at 1:00 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for domestic abuse battery. Bail was set at $8,000.

Coy Joseph Leonard III, 21, Patterson, LA, was arrested on September 14, 2025, at 3:05 am for driving while intoxicated.  Leonard was released on a $2,500 bond.

Michael Warren Federer Jr., 34, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on September 13, 2025, at 11:16 pm for criminal damage to property, criminal trespass, and assault-simple. Bail was set at $20,000.
