Arrest Report- September 22, 2025

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 130 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Tyler John Sultan, 33, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on September 20, 2025, at 9:12 pm driving while intoxicated and speeding. Sultan was released on a $3,000 bond.

Branyel Diggs, 23, Raceland, LA, was arrested on September 22, 2025, at 2:12 am on the following charges:

• Criminal mischief- false report
• No child restraint (2 counts)
• Driver must be licensed
• Brake lights required

Bail was set at $1,900.

Paige Cline Saint Marie Hartegen, 27, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on September 19, 2025, at 11:45 am for theft. Bail has not been set at this time.
