St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 31 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Lacy Elizabeth Foco, 35, Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 24, 2025, at 3:30 pm on three warrants for failure to appear for the following charges: 

• Aggravated assault with a firearm
• Unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling
• Resisting an officer
• Criminal trespassing
• Possession of marijuana
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Exploitation of the infirmed
• Monetary instrument abuse
• Theft of a firearm

Bail has not been set at this time.
