Arrest Report- September 30, 2025

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 42 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Daniel Joseph Aucoin Jr., 39, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on September 29, 2025, at 8:57 am for domestic abuse by strangulation, battery-simple, and resisting an officer by giving false information.  Bail has not been set at this time.

Deshawn Jamall Sylvester, 27, Berwick, LA, was arrested on September 29, 2025, at 11:30 pm for domestic abuse aggravated battery-pregnant victim.  Bail has not been set at this time.

NARCOTICS SECTION

Tyrone Tillman Jr., 24, Patterson, LA, was arrested on September 29, 2025, at 9:09 pm for violation of protective orders and failure to signal 100 feet prior to an intersection. Bail has not been set at this time.
