Arrest Report- September 8, 2025

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 142 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Michael Paul Delaune, 36, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on September 7, 2025, at 11:07 pm on a warrant for unauthorized use of access card. Bail was set at $5,000.

 

Kerry Lee Washington, 64, Patterson, LA, was arrested on September 5, 2025, at 12:18 pm on three warrants for criminal neglect of family, theft, and simple burglary. Bail was set at $8,000.

 

Hector Eduardo Alvarado-Lopez, 34, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on September 5, 2025, at 9:40 pm for disturbing the peace by language and resisting arrest or officer. Alvarado-Lopez was released on a $1,500 bond.

 

James Anthony Tarleton Jr., 31, Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 6, 2025, at 5:43 pm for resisting arrest and on two warrants for failure to appear for the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $28,083.12.

 

Emma Mae Hixon, 38, Patterson, LA, was arrested on September 7, 2025, at 7:06 pm for disturbing the peace-intoxicated, resisting arrest or officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $6,000.

 

Taylon Charles Robicheaux, 17, Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 5, 2025, at 5:19 pm for burglary-movable/boat/tent/airplane (5 counts) and criminal damage to property. Bail was set at $5,000.
