St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 35 complaints and reports the following arrests:
John Emile Haydel, 62, Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 8, 2025, at 9:01 am on the following charges:
- Criminal trespass
- Theft possession of stolen things
- Criminal damage to property-attempted
- Proper equipment required on vehicles
- Theft-motor vehicle
Bail has not been set at this time.
Reese Michael Richter, 22, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on September 8, 2025, at 1:09 pm on the following charges:
- Criminal trespass
- Possession of schedule II drugs
- Burglary-simple
- Determination of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of CDS (drug-free zone)
- Theft
Bail has not been set at this time.
Anthony Jennings, 24, Slidell, LA, was arrested on September 8, 2025, at 2:00 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the following charges:
- simple burglary
- attempted simple burglary
- possession of stolen things
- possession of a stolen firearm
Bail has not been set at this time.
Dakota Breeze Keimann, 32, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on September 9, 2025, at 12:23 pm on a Morgan City Police Department warrant for battery of emergency room personnel. Kleimann is being held for another agency.
